Then apply for this student position and support us in our daily work in the HR Admin & Payroll Team. It's important to note, that speaking and writing Danish is a prerequisite for this position.

Your future team:

We are a team of 6 people, consisting of 4 HR Coordinators working with HR admin, 1 focused on payroll and the Section Manager of HR Admin and Payroll. Together, we support all areas of ROCKWOOL Nordic region with the full range of HR administrative and payroll tasks.


Being a small, close-knit team, we are deeply dependent on teamwork. When we leave the office in the afternoon the day has rarely turned out as we expected.

What you will be doing:

As a Student Assistant in Human Resources (HR) you will get a chance to work with back-office human resources administration and get a solid understanding of core elements of the full employee life cycle.

Your tasks will vary and will include:

  • Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks which are critical in ensuring that our operation is running smoothly including archiving and updating employee related data in our various information systems. We use Workday, SharePoint & SAP.

  • Supporting with recruitment related tasks, such as candidate management, coordinating interviews and helping with practicalities for career fairs etc.

  • Help with onboarding related tasks like introduction courses.

  • Conduct data analysis and reports.

  • Assisting with presentations, templates, guidelines and other HR documents.

  • Assist with various ad hoc HR tasks.

What you bring:

  • You possess a natural interest in HR and administrative processes.

  • You work in an organized fashion, have a great sense of detail and care for quality.

  • You are trustworthy, service-minded, flexible and understand the importance of commitments and deadlines.

  • It comes natural for you to be a team player and you contribute with your good mood and positive mindset.

  • You are currently studying a bachelor or master’s degree in an HR or business-related field.

  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • You are proficient in Danish and English, spoken and written.

The job is approximately 15 hours per week, but of course we are flexible and understand that your studies come first.
We are located at our headquarters in Hedehusene close to Copenhagen and Roskilde.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
