We are looking for an HR Strategic Projects Manager (m/f/d) to mobilize quickly on emerging topics, bring structure to complex cross-functional initiatives, and drive them to implementation. You will drive the HR roadmap, HR maturity analysis process, and provide project management support across HR functions, Business Units, and regions.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on jumping into diverse topics, creating clarity where there is ambiguity, and turning strategy into tracked, executed outcomes. You will be the connective tissue that keeps HR initiatives aligned, on schedule, and consistently delivered.

What you can expect:

• Manage the global HR roadmap together with TMO & CoE — structure, prioritization, tracking, risk management, and reporting — coordinating governance and cadence with the TMO, CoEs, BUs, and local HR teams
• Establish and maintain a clear, comparable HR maturity baseline across regions and Business Units, deriving insights that inform HR priorities, service development, and transformation focus areas
• Sustain the customer-centric feedback loop so maturity insights continuously shape HR quality and delivery
• Pick up and drive prioritized cross-cutting, cross-BU, and cross-HR transformation projects — scoping them quickly and running them with clear structure, ownership, alignment, and tracking, while resolving interfaces between CoEs, HRBPs, and regional teams
• Act as an integrator across HR functions, aligning global and local needs and keeping execution coherent

What makes a good fit:

• Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Several years of experience in project / program management, HR transformation, management consulting, or an internal PMO / strategy role — ideally within an industrial or global matrix organization
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous topics quickly and move them to execution, managing multiple parallel workstreams
• Strong grasp of HR processes and operating models & familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions, regions, and seniority levels, with the credibility to influence without direct authority
• Analytical and structured mindset; comfortable building baselines, tracking, and reporting
• Fluent English & German. Additional languages are a plus
