Jouw stage
Wij zijn een hands-on afdeling waarin dynamiek aan de orde van de dag is. Als HR stagiair ben je onderdeel van ons HR team. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met:
Het ondersteunen bij administratieve HR processen, denk hierbij concreet aan het opstellen van een waarschuwingsbrief, functiewijzigingen, etc.;
Documenteren van gesprekdossiers van medewerkers;
Inventariseren, plannen en controleren van alle opleidingen van onze monteurs;
Meehelpen met Recruitment.
Verder denk je als HR stagiair proactief mee over het verbeteren van onze administratieve HR-processen. Je bent betrokken bij een aantal HR-projecten waarbij jij jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen als HR-professional. Mocht jij zelf diepgaande interesse hebben in bepaalde HR onderwerpen en jezelf op een bepaald onderwerp willen ontwikkelen, dan kunnen wij hier ook bij helpen. Het gaat tenslotte om jouw ontwikkeling!
Wie ben jij?
Je volgt een opleiding richting HRM of Bedrijfskunde;
Beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week (op locatie);
Je neemt initiatief, houdt je graag bezig met processen verbeteren en bent communicatief sterk;
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Wij bieden
Een stagevergoeding van €350,- bruto per maand;
