As a Senior HR Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will partner with and advise business leaders, supporting organizational success through effective people solutions. You will translate business strategy into effective HR initiatives while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will lead comprehensive HR programs spanning talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and change management.
