Job Objective

We are seeking an HR Specialist to be a part of our Total Rewards team located in İstanbul. This role is responsible for supporting Total Rewards activities, employment cost planning for Türkiye and Group Office (GO), HR OPEX budgeting, and flexible benefits processes for Türkiye and GO.

What We Expect

In line with the umbrella policies of Group Office HR, supports the execution of local Total Rewards processes in compliance with approved policies and procedures, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of the following activities:

· Prepare salary offer calculations in line with company compensation policies and internal guidelines.

· Support employee benefits processes and related operational activities.

· Support the end-to-end flexible benefits process, including data preparation, system follow-up, employee communication, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

· Assist in Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) calculations, monthly provisions, and other recurring compensation processes.

· Support salary increase processes by preparing and validating required data, following up on system uploads with HR Operations, and contributing to employee communication activities.

· Prepare data and analyses for salary review and collective bargaining scenarios.

· Maintain and regularly check compensation-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Support Total Rewards systems, reporting activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

· Contribute to Reward & Recognition initiatives and related operational processes.

· Support Gender Pay Equity certification activities and related data preparation and reporting requirements.

Budget Planning & Employment Cost

Support employment cost and HR OPEX planning processes by preparing reports, analyses, and forecasts, and contribute to ongoing budget monitoring activities.

· Prepare data and reports for employment cost planning and forecasting processes for Türkiye and Group Office.

· Support HR OPEX budget preparation, tracking, and reporting activities.

· Monitor personnel cost data and prepare regular reports and updates for relevant stakeholders.

· Monitor actual costs against budget and support monthly and periodic variance analyses.

· Support the preparation of employment cost forecasts and related financial analyses.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget and personnel cost data and contribute to regular reporting processes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field

· Fluent in English

· Budget & Reporting experience is an asset

· 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR function

· Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices

· Experience with salary review, incentive, and benefits administration processes

· Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail
