• Оказывать оперативную поддержку HR Business Partner в реализации HR‑процессов
• Участвовать в организации процесса подбора: первичный скрининг, согласование интервью, коммуникация с кандидатами
• Сопровождать процесс адаптации новых сотрудников: координация программы, контроль сроков, подготовка материалов
• Участвовать в сборе информации для разработки KPI и обновления должностных инструкций
• Поддерживать организацию обучения персонала: регистрация участников, мониторинг графиков, подготовка отчетности
• Участвовать в проектах по вовлеченности: рассылки, подготовка материалов, участие во встречах с подразделениями
• Вносить данные в HR‑системы, следить за корректностью и актуальностью информации
• Взаимодействовать с отделом кадрового администрирования по вопросам движений персонала
• Подготавливать отчеты по HR‑показателям по запросу HRBP
