HR Specialist & Recruiter – Bilingual | Multi-Office, NJ | Up to $70,000

Full-Time | Home Care Experience Required

Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, based on experience

About the Opportunity

An expanding home care organization is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Recruiter to support multiple New Jersey office locations.

This is a hands-on HR and recruiting position focused on building and maintaining a strong caregiver workforce. The HR Specialist / Recruiter will work closely with local office leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, retention, and other day-to-day HR needs across multiple locations.

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have prior home care industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers, CNAs, CHHAs, and other home care staff
• Support recruiting needs across multiple office locations
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork
• Maintain employee files and required compliance documentation
• Assist with employee relations and caregiver retention
• Support hiring events and other recruitment initiatives
• Track recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring metrics
• Work closely with office leadership to identify and address staffing needs
• Assist with general HR administration and workforce planning
• Help ensure consistent HR and recruiting practices across locations

Qualifications

• Prior home care industry experience required
• Recruiting and/or human resources experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience recruiting and onboarding caregivers or home care employees
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage recruiting and HR priorities for multiple locations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to travel between assigned New Jersey offices as needed
