This is a remote position.

• 
  Understand MyOperator’s talent demographics and the overall talent asks of the firm
• 
  Drive PMS for MyOperator with an intent to create a culture of performance evaluation and fairness must have knowledge of OKR's and Balanced Score Card
• 
  Audit the monthly payroll before processing
• 
  Responsible for the Statutory compliance and filing of all challans
• 
  Audit the payroll & statutory compliances every quarter to check for process deviations or miss
• 
  Assist the Head HR in building talent strategies around people development
• 
  Work closely to implement policies and processes as part of the employee life cycle such as Finalization of BSCs, Reward & Recognition, Performance Improvement Plan etc.
• 
  Administer the people dashboard and employee surveys for deriving actionable for strengthening organizational culture.
• 
  Understanding of Statutory compliances like minimum wages, PF, ESI, Gratuity & TDS.
• 
  Administer the processing of payroll, statutory compliances, HR audit, onboarding and query management.
• 
  Manage HR processes on ERP tool
• 
  A self starter.
• 
  Ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 
  5-8 years of HR experience in an IT/ITes company.
• 
  Thorough understanding of HR processes
• 
  Proven track record of driving complete appraisal cycle
• 
  Must understand the philosophy of PMS and should be thorough with payroll management
• 
  A go getter who believes in driving results
• 
  Must be a positive and strong communicator.
