As part of its growth strategy, Campari Benelux—headquartered in Brussels—will establish a new commercial branch in the Netherlands, located in Amsterdam. This new structure will enable Campari Benelux to directly develop and accelerate the performance of its portfolio of iconic brands, including Aperol, Crodino, Campari, Grand Marnier and others.

To support our business in this key market, we are seeking an HR Specialist.

Reporting to the HR Manager Benelux, the candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring an efficient and rigorous management of human resources within the company and in working to optimize the employee experience.

As an HR Specialist, you play a pivotal role in shaping an inspiring employee experience and enabling our business to thrive. You combine operational excellence with a peoplefirst mindset — always acting as a true ambassador of Campari culture. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll, Master Data & Compliance

  • You champion flawless execution: from payroll validation to contract management, benefits, insurance, leave and absence flows — you ensure every Camparista receives a seamless and accurate service.
  • You ensure the accuracy of employee master data, time & attendance processes, and occupational H&S compliance.
  • You handle payroll and HR-related queries with professionalism and a service-driven mindset, making sure Camparistas always feel heard and supported

Talent Acquisition Partnership

  • You collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment journey: from interviews to offer preparation, you help create an experience that is warm, authentic, and reflective of our Red Passion DNA.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • You set up a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, managing every administrative step — from contracts to system activation to HR welcome touchpoints.

Employee & Labour Relations

  • You build strong relationships with employees and managers, offering pragmatic guidance and HR expertise.
  • You ensure compliance with local labour regulations and nurture constructive social relations, including union interactions (CAO, Arboned).
  • You keep our HR policies fresh, relevant, and well communicated, and you help activate initiatives that bring our culture to life within local communities.

Education & Experience

  • Master degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in HR
  • Dutch mother tongue, Fluent spoken and written English
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of Payroll and Dutch employment law
