Join Hitachi Energy's Employee Lifecycle Services team and play a critical role in creating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires across our global organization. As an HR Specialist - Onboarding, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all onboarding activities, ensuring that new employees are successfully integrated into the organization while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, HR partners, and various support functions throughout the onboarding journey. You will coordinate pre-joining activities, prepare employment documentation, manage onboarding transactions within HR systems, and ensure all required approvals and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
You will work within a dynamic global HR shared services environment where delivering an exceptional employee experience is essential. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high data quality standards, and collaborate with stakeholders across different geographies will directly contribute to employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
