Job Description

Your Role

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes in close cooperation with Hiring Managers.

  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, including coordination of internship programme.

  • Coordinate learning and development activities, including managing training records and administration in the learning management system.

  • Support maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with legal requirements and organizational standards.

  • Provide guidance and day-to-day advisory support on employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and HR best practices.

  • Prepare HR reports and analyze people-related data.

  • Provide HR administrative support and collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth people processes.

Your Profile

  • minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR specialist, generalist roles

  • degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

  • strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust, engage employees, and communicate effectively across all levels

  • high empathy combined with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail

  • experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and MS Office

  • very good command of English and Polish (spoken and written)
