You work in Mondelēz International Business Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience. In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.


How you will contribute

You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that administration deadlines are met and service quality is delivered, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations, you will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly. This position is the key point of contact to employees.

Your specific area of responsibility:

- Responsible for delivery of end-to-end HR services for the BU demonstrating a deep understanding of the local specifics;
- Work as part of the BU squad, providing business awareness and supporting with delivery of local HR services;
- Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries;
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of local labour law and understanding local market requirements and legal regulations to appropriately apply related policies and initiatives;
- Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services;
- Responsible for delivery of the following services:
• managing offer and contract documentation;
• ongoing onboarding and hiring as well as internal moves;
• administering work and life events;
• Support with payroll cycle input on monthly basis;
• Coordinate employee insurance policies;

More about this role

Requirements:

- University Degree in Human Resources will be an advantage (last year or recent completion);
- Experience with HR / administrative tasks;
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
- Able to communicate, interact and work well with others;
- Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritize;
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English;
