Duties & Responsibilities:
In charge of the administrative onboarding for new employees (Company’s presentation, drafting employment agreements, introduction to staff members)
Along with Payroll and IT departments, managing the new hire process (set up ofIT accounts, travel advances, gathering new employees’ personal documents)
Taking care of new employees’ registration to social insurances
Along with HRBP, managing and supporting change and termination processes (addendums, work certificates, exit interviews, acknowledgment letters, inform local employees)
Responsible for time management system and related tools
Along Education Team, participation to the elaboration and the structure of various trainings across Europe region
Responsible for the organization and coordination of social activities and events
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in HR administration for an international company
Native Japanese and very basic command of English
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of HRIS system
Well-organized - ability to manage multiple projects and commitments, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information,
Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast growing environment
