What you will do

  • Support local UPM units in various administrative tasks related to the employment life-cycle and benefits
  • Co-operate with HR business partners at UPM’s mills and office sites and external stakeholders e.g. payroll or benefits’ providers
  • Provide advice to employees or managers related to HR processes, policies, and questions using ServiceNow, phone and chat
  • Maintain personal, employment, compensation and benefit related data updated in HR system (Workday)
  • Prepare HR documents and reports
  • Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives based on current need, your interests and skills

Who you are

  • You communicate fluently in German and English (both mandatory)
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area
  • You are comfortable working with various software and systems
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction
  • You have solid communication skills and a positive attitude
  • You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excel skills are an advantage

Additional information about the position

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Eximius Park in Zabierzów, Kraków area.

The position holder will report to Manager, HRS Reward & Career Changes.
