PNO Innovation is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Specialist France to support our French organisation and take ownership of the day-to-day HR agenda.

Based in Paris, you will work closely with managers and employees across our French organisation, combining operational HR responsibilities with manager support, employee development and engagement. At the same time, you will be part of PNO Innovation's international HR team and collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe.

Your mission is to ensure a strong and reliable HR foundation for PNO Innovation France while helping our managers and employees perform, develop and thrive.

You will act as a trusted HR partner to the French organisation, taking ownership of local HR processes and employee matters while contributing to PNO's broader people initiatives in areas such as Performance & Development, Learning & Development and employee engagement.

Your tasks 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

  • Act as the day-to-day HR point of contact for managers and employees in France and support Team Leaders on performance, development, feedback and sensitive people matters.
  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation periods, career changes and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR administration, employee documentation and local HR processes are accurate, timely and compliant.
  • Contribute to employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee representatives, working with external labour-law specialists when needed.

  • Support employee engagement, Learning & Development, Performance & Development and talent-development initiatives in France.
  • Collaborate with our central recruitment team and local managers on recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
  • Monitor relevant HR indicators and continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Finance, local stakeholders and the international HR team, contributing to Group HR initiatives and adapting common approaches to the French context.

Your profile 1st part (in max 4 bullets)

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Officer or similarly broad HR role.
  • Good practical knowledge of the French employment environment and labour law.
  • Experience supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle and handling employee-relations matters.
  • Confidence advising managers on performance, development, feedback and sensitive people situations.

  • Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, employee engagement and people development.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, sound judgement and the confidence to constructively challenge when needed.
  • Professional fluency in French and English, with an open and collaborative mindset suited to an international environment.
