The HR Specialist – Employee Relations & Compliance is the primary owner of employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and risk mitigation. This role ensures consistent policy execution, regulatory compliance, and professional handling of employee matters.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position.
