Work Setup: Onsite (BGC, Taguig)

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Start Date: August 24-31, 2026

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 36 months as HR Specialist
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate attendance transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle complex attendance and leave-related inquiries and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis on attendance discrepancies.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare attendance dashboards and management reports.
• Support policy interpretation and employee communication.
• Train and mentor team members on attendance processes. Monitor SLA adherence and productivity targets.
