Job Category: Human Resources, As a Human Resource Specialist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation and revision job descriptions and posting positions in ATS.
• Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and evaluating applicant qualifications; including attendance at job fairs, and building community talent relationships.
• Conducting bi-weekly new hire orientation.
• Entering, retrieving, and maintaining human resources information in HRIS.
• Preparing human resource correspondence and reports.
• Ensuring employee records are maintained in accordance with employment laws.
• Responding to employees’ queries in a timely manager.
• Collaborating with other departments on HR related projects; HR representative on committees.
• Processing semi-monthly payroll.
• Benefit Administration.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field; directly related experience can be used in lieu of education on a year for year basis.
• A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Hands on experience with Paycom preferred, but not required.
