Description

Our HR team is looking for a new, enthusiastic colleague with some previous experience in this field. If you are hard-working, hands-on, fast learner and eager for a new experience, we would like to meet you!

Join us as a HR Specialist!

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Act as the first point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding pay, schedules, leave and holiday balances.
• Maintain, manage, and audit personnel files and employment documentation.
• Process Social Security registrations and cancellations.
• Handle employee settlements, and track attendance issues such as sick leave, absenteeism, and holiday requests.
• Guarantee adherence to local labor laws, cluster regulations, and Collective Labor Agreements.
• Process disciplinary actions alongside relevant departments and advise team leaders on managing employment relationships with their staff.
• Maintain and update internal HR procedures, proactively proposing workflow enhancements to improve service quality.

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant/similar field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in human resources is mandatory - at least 1 or 2 years.
• Full proficiency in English language (C1 level).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work from our office in Belgrade.
• Highly adaptable and detail-oriented persona, ready to work with given deadlines.
• Highly developed communication skills.
