This position would be the human resource business partner to strategically deploy functional excellence to support business operation as major responsibility, influence and develop leaders in the basis of partnership. Functional areas of human resources include but not limited to talent acquaction, talent retention, employee relationship development, employee experiecne optimization and HR projects.

Lead talent acquisition : recruit, screen, interview and advise in the selection of all external and internal talent and internal transfer of the facility including management role, non-supervisory personnel, working level staffs and shop floor employees to meet manning strategy , and well-utilize corporate resource (TAC).
