US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter - Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring cycle.

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks, track team performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities;
  • Develop and implement recruitment and HR policies and procedures;
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution;
  • Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency;
  • Advise senior management on team-related matters;
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and deadlines;
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless hiring experience;
  • Report on weekly/monthly team progress and results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience;
  • Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced spoken English is a must);
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
