Job Objective

We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist in Tashkent. The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing talent management strategies within the country, ensuring alignment with corporate (HQ) guidelines. This role focuses on strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, supporting recruitment for critical roles, and driving performance and development processes.

What We Expect

1. Talent Management

  • Support the talent management process for critical positions in collaboration with Country HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers.
  • Ensure alignment of local talent initiatives with HQ frameworks and standards.

2. Career Development

  • Assist in implementing structured career pathways within the country.
  • Support employees and line managers on career progression opportunities.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Support HRBPs to recruit critical positions.
  • Contribute improving onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Support the deployment of employee engagement surveys within the country.
  • Assist in analyzing results and coordinating action planning within HR Team and business leaders.

5. Performance Management

  • Give support to execute performance management processes throughout the year in alignment with HQ timelines and standards.
  • Support HRBPs and managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reviews.

6. Policy, Systems & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent application of processes and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for talent management systems and tools

Qualifications

Required Certifications: Trained in hiring techniques such as competency-based interviews, assessment and development centers, feedback and coaching etc.
Previous Experience: min 5 years in related area.
Programs: SuccessFactors or similar infrastructure, Dashboard usage, Excel(very good), MS Office Programs (very good)
Language: English (B2), Russian and Uzbek
Competency Set: Stakeholder Management, Presentation Skills, Communication and Analytical Skills
