Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle - an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing international team in Cyprus. In this role, you will work across a broad range of HR functions — from administrative tasks to people processes — helping us build a supportive, compliant and engaging environment for our team members.
Your Responsibilities:
Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
Maintain and update internal HR databases and systems.
Organize and support employee lifecycle processes (promotions, documentation).
Ensure compliance with Cypriot labor laws and HR regulations.
Coordinate benefits, insurance, sick leaves, and absence tracking.
Communicate with payroll, legal and finance departments on HR-related data.
Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
Support internal communication and HR policies rollout.
Contribute to HR initiatives: engagement activities, process improvements.
Collaborate with other administration team members and support them to facilitate the daily processes.
What We Expect:
2+ years of HR experience (preferably in Cyprus or with international teams).
Strong understanding of Cypriot employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in administrative HR operations and document handling.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), and task management tools.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and discretion.
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
University degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.
In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.
2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.
In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
