Job Objective

The position is responsible for overall HR operations pertinent to Talent Acquisition, TM, OD, Administrative, time and attendance, ER etc. To assist HR Business Partner in implementation of core HR strategies, systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver support services to recruiters through activities such as developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications and screening candidates' resumes and job applications.

Education

University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree)

Minimum Total Experience

Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
