• Proceed the Human Resources procedures for employees, expatriate experts, update information on the system, and save personnel profiles including: welcome onboard, labor contracts and addendum, etc.
• Deploy Human Resources activities (policy, benefits, assessment, orientation training, etc.) at relevant Divisions as planned.
• Support Manager in preparing and controlling HR budgets.
• Implement Compensation – Benefits scheme
• Periodic or unexpected HR Reports as per requests of the Leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR Service Operation, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
