Job Objective
Works directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
Executes all HR processes for GO employees according to CCI policiesandprocedures.
Implements and develops the processes for GO teams in terms of main policies designed by CoE teams and advises on HR regarding policyandprocedure creation.
Partner with people managers in the relevant Group Office functions to develop and implement people strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions at lower and middle levels. Manage all recruitment, termination, replacement, appointment, promotion processes in line with CCI policies.
Education
University / Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree)
Minimum Total Experience
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
