What is your role?

Addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, support hourly onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate reports and metrics. Fostering positive labor relations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Manage disciplinary actions including conducting investigations and implementing disciplinary measures as necessary
  • Handle critical cases efficiently while preparing detailed disciplinary reports.
  • Enforce internal regulations consistently to resolve labor conflicts.
  • Serves as primary contact for union delegates while addressing union-related matters effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related specifically towards labor relations.
  • Supports supervisors on HR-related issues.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree, preferred in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations.
  • Up to 2 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
  • KPI's management (absenteeism and turnover)
