As an HR Services Officer within the Compensation & Benefits team, you will play a vital role in supporting employees ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You'll be part of a team that values precision, continuous improvement, and genuine care for the people we support.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Providing efficient, consistent, and accurate administration across the compensation and benefits team including, compensation changes, superannuation and benefits, rostering and timesheets, deductions, parental leave processing.
Ensuring all transactions are processed in accordance with relevant enterprise agreements, modern awards, employment legislation, organisational policies, procedures, and controls.
Responding to and resolving employee and manager enquiries within agreed response times, escalating where required.
Proactively monitoring data quality and consistency within and between HR systems, resolving data quality errors with guidance from the Manager.
Maintaining accurate filing and storage of employment documentation in line with internal and external compliance requirements.
Preparing and providing standard reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the implementation of improvements and standardisation of processes and standard operating procedures.
Performing system testing for upgrades and changes.
Providing support to the Manager on both strategic and complex operational matters.

About You
You are a detail-oriented HR professional who brings a strong foundation in HR administration and a genuine commitment to service excellence. You are comfortable navigating complex employment frameworks and take a proactive approach to maintaining data quality and improving processes.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in HR administration, including processing employee transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
Sound knowledge of enterprise agreements, modern awards, and relevant employment legislation.
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data integrity across HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries professionally and within agreed timeframes.
Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll system (experience with Workday, Kronos and Ascender is highly desirable).
Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain compliant record-keeping practices.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and contribute to process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
