Key Areas of Responsibility:
Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions.
Prepares appropriate paperwork and performs all administrative tasks required per labor law in an efficient and responsible manner.
Keep the archive up to date and organized in accordance to local legal requirements.
Represents the company as first point of contact for HR related requests/ concerns/ questions for current and former employees, third parties and vendors.
Position interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, chat, phone or in person.
Works directly with employees, HR specialists and other teams to resolve a query
Gathers information and records data in HR tools, trackers and database
Escalates a query to appropriate Specialist or Subject matter expert in case needed
Suggests and works on process improvements and updates continuously
Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and processes documented to supervisor
Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
University Degree
Fluency in Serbian and English language
Previous experience in HR Administration (preferably in a large corporation/ 500+ employees and mass document preparation is an advantage)
Advanced MS Office skills (including mailmerge and basic VBA/ formulas)
Excellent communication skills (business writing and verbal)
Attention to detail and organisation
Previous experience in customer facing environment preferred
