As an HR Shared Services Associate (Document Compliance) at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently within our HR Managed Services practice.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your contributions will support the smooth operation of HR processes and systems, enabling you to build a brand for yourself and open doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
  • Coordinating payroll and benefits administration to support workforce needs
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols
  • Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate documentation
  • Utilizing HR software to streamline operations and improve service delivery
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance HR shared services and process improvements
  • Gathering and analyzing data to inform HR metrics and decision-making
  • Facilitating employee engagement strategies and promoting a positive work environment
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of employee data and information

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Must have relevant experience inworking in operations, document processing, records management, compliance support, or a similar back-office role
  • Experience in Employee records management, employment eligibility verification, regulatory compliance documentation (e.g. Form I-9, E-Verify, HR compliance documents, New York Proof of Age, and Michigan minor employment documents), and secure handling of confidential employee information
  • Microsoft Office experience is required
