HR Shared Services Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

The HR Shared Services Analyst provides operational HR support across North America and LATAM North countries. This entry-level professional role is responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time employee data across the full employee lifecycle — from hiring to retirement — and supporting HR reporting and workforce analytics.

The role ensures data integrity, timely transaction processing, and accurate HR reporting to enable effective workforce planning and labor cost management across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Process and maintain HR system updates including:
  • New hire onboarding and employee data setup
  • Job, position, and salary changes
  • Promotions and transfers
  • Leave of absence updates
  • Terminations and retirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate with local HR and payroll teams to ensure payroll alignment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.

2. HR Systems & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain real-time accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data consistency.
  • Resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with HR and payroll stakeholders.
  • Support system updates and process documentation.

3. HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics

Prepare and support recurring and ad-hoc reports, including:

  • Payroll reports
  • Headcount and employee movement reports
  • Turnover analysis
  • Labor cost reporting
  • Labor cost efficiency analysis
  • Workforce and position tracking

Provide data insights to HR leadership to support decision-making.

4. Process Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Support regional HR projects and system enhancements as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, payroll support, or HR data management.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
