This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to build your HR knowledge and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

Working collaboratively with your team, you’ll help deliver a first-class HR administration service, ensuring requests are managed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes, while consistently providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, organisation, and proactive approach will help create a smooth and positive experience for both managers and employees throughout every stage of the employee journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR Business Partners with TUPE transfer processes
  • Carrying out redundancy and relocation calculations
  • Responding to HR-related queries from managers and colleagues
  • Providing wider administrative support to the HR team as required

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to build a strong foundation within HR.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator with previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You’ll also bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service

This role would particularly suit someone with a good understanding of HR processes who is looking to broaden their experience, gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, and continue developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance, and access to an employee benefits platform that offers discounts on gym memberships and money off vouchers for a diverse range of retail, travel and hospitality brands.
