Job Description

Kickstart your HR career while contributing to a company with a purpose that matters.

As one of the world’s leading hearing care companies, we’re driven by a shared purpose: helping people enjoy the delight of hearing. Behind that purpose are teams who make sure our people are supported, informed, and able to do their best work every day.

As an HR Services Trainee, you’ll join our HR Services EMEA team and gain hands-on experience of HR within a global organization. You’ll support day-to-day HR activities while building your knowledge of HR processes, systems, employee communications, and case management.

This is an opportunity to turn what you’ve learned into real-world experience, develop valuable professional skills, and build a strong foundation for your future career in HR.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything about HR already, what matters most is your willingness to develop, take ownership of your tasks, and provide a great service to our employees.

Please note: candidates should have at least B2-level English and B2-level German or Dutch or Italian and be able to work from our Warsaw office 3–5 days per week.

More about the role:

  • Support the HR Services EMEA team with day-to-day HR administration and operational tasks
  • Review incoming HR cases and assign them to the appropriate HR Administrator or Specialist
  • Respond to straightforward employee HR questions through HR cases and chat, with support from the wider team when needed
  • Prepare HR documents using existing templates, ensuring information is complete and accurate
  • Create and update HR articles, employee communications, and other content for our HR Portal using a content management system (CMS)
  • Work with HR systems such as ServiceNow and gain practical experience in HR case management
  • Help keep HR information and documentation clear, accurate, and up to date

More about you:

  • Curious, flexible, and open to learning new tasks and taking on new challenges
  • Well organized, with the confidence to work independently once familiar with a task
  • Comfortable working with written information and reviewing larger amounts of text
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with and supporting others
  • Customer- and service-oriented, with a helpful and positive approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with ServiceNow or another HR system would be an advantage, but isn’t essential
  • B2-level English plus B2-level German or Dutch or Italian
  • Able to work from our Warsaw office 3–5 days per week
