Job Description

This trainee position is ideal for candidates eager to start their career in HR and develop their skills in a supportive
environment. The focus is on harnessing the candidate's potential and motivation, offering the opportunity for

The HR Services Trainee will provide first-level support for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and basic
transactional processing. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience in HR,
focusing on developing personal competencies, potential, and motivation.

More about the role:

  • Provide first-level support for employees and line managers in HR-related inquiries
  • Answer internal inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to inquiries and perform transactions using documented processes and policies through the InquirySystem
  • Escalate issues to second-level support or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue
  • Input basic employee data into the HR system database and document activities as requested and generatebasic reports
  • Review documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes to verify their accuracy
  • Collaborate and assist in various HR processes and process optimizations


More about you:

Essential qualifications:

  • Student/Graduate from HR, Finance, Linguistics or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in at least one additional European language (min. B1 level)
    • German
    • French
    • Dutch
    • etc.
  • Independent and self-reliant with good organizational skills

Good to have qualifications:

  • Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Flexible and open to learning and adapting to new tasks and challenges
  • Strong team player with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a general affinity for IT systems
