
The Talent Acquisition Jr Analyst reports directly to the HR GBSC Team Leader. This position partners with Local Lead Recruiters to support shared Talent Acquisition milestones by guiding the recruitment process in partnership for assigned positions.
Schedule candidates for Interviews (virtual and or in-person) with Local Recruitment Leads/Hiring Managers including travel arrangements if required.
Fosters seamless connection and serves as a liaison between the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter during the interview phase of the process.
Conduct or work with vendors to obtain background and/or reference checks on potential candidates, monitor their progress and notify the client of cleared status when requests are completed.
Invoice processing related to Recruitment vendors providers.
Back-up for resume screening and phone screening candidates
Qualifications and competencies that will help you grow
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business management, Administration or other related discipline preferred.
Early career steps (0-1 years of experience in HR or admin roles welcome).
English: Advanced proficiency is essential for the role [B2/C1].
Intermediate to Advanced French and Portuguese (B2) is a welcoming asset.
