We are currently looking for:

HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift)

Join our growing HR Services organization supporting employees and managers across multiple countries and business functions.

Depending on your skills and experience, you may become part of one of our specialized HR teams focused on:

HR Employee Support: Providing first-line support for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, leave of absence, and other people-related processes. This team serves as a trusted advisor, helping employees navigate HR systems, policies, and processes.

HR Administration: Managing employee lifecycle transactions and workforce data within HR systems. This team is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, processing organizational changes, supporting audits, and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Total Rewards: Supporting compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs. This team works closely with employees, business partners, and external vendors to manage rewards-related processes, reporting, audits, and policy administration.

No matter which team you join, you will help deliver a best-in-class employee experience through excellent customer service, process excellence, and continuous improvement.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and requires on-site presence at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
• This position requires availability to work the 2nd shift, typically between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM, depending on the team assignment.

What You'll Bring

• Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
• Availability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
• Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services, Total Rewards, or a related field.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) will be an advantage.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and develop within HR.
