We are looking for HR Services Senior Analyst for leave of absence, workplace accommodation, and medical screening support. As part of a global People Experience team, you willmanage complex employee cases, provides guidance on statutory and company requirements, partners with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in employee and manager experiences. 

This position combines operational case management, compliance expertise, process improvement, and HR technology to support employees during critical life and workplace events while helping shape the future of HR Services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end leave of absence, accommodation, and medical screening cases. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, Payroll, HR, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors. 

  • Interpret and apply statutory leave requirements, company policies, and operational procedures to resolve complex employee situations. 

  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate leave-related pay impacts, system transactions, and reporting. 

  • Utilize Workday, Workforce Software, ServiceNow, and related tools to administer programs and maintain data accuracy. 

  • Partner with the People Solutions team as policy owners, to improve, enhance, and maintain accurate policy information, procedures, knowledge articles, process documentation, and employee communications. 

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve compliance, and enhance employee and manager experiences. 

  • Participate in regional and global projects related to leave administration, accommodations, HR technology, and operational transformation. 

  • Support AI, automation, and digital innovation initiatives that improve service delivery and operational effectiveness. 

  • Collaborate globally and provide backup support for other countries and regions as business needs require. 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, Leave Administration, Accommodations, Benefits, or a related field. 

  • Experience managing complex employee cases and navigating sensitive situations with sound judgment. 

  • Knowledge of statutory leave programs, employment regulations, and compliance requirements. 

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP products, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience developing process documentation, policies, training materials, or operational procedures. 

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and leverage technology to drive efficiency. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and functions.
