Work model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw

YOUR ROLE:

Providing personnel administration services in accordance with accepted standards and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures and/or work instruction. You will focus on delivery of good quality services to the organization, HR services support within employee life cycle, in accordance with accepted standards, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

You would also ensure information validity of employee population data and records such as monitoring record keeping and data entry procedures for accuracy, updating procedures and work instructions when necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency. Your role include prompt realization of all the above tasks and others that are commissioned by a coordinator/team lead/supervisor and stemming from job objectives realization and/or company’s business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1-2 yrs of experience in HR field, payroll is a plus
• Fluency in German is a must as we support German scope
• Attention to detail, accuracy and conscientiousness, as you will deal with confidential documentation
• Experience in working with SNOW-ticketing system and Employee Central is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other relevant discipline is required
