The HR Service Intern reports directly to the supervisor of the HR Services team. The primary function and purpose of this position is to collaborate on administrative and project-based initiatives related to Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Experience.

Job Responsibilities: Talent Development:

  • Assist with the enrolling and deactivation of employees in the different trainings/courses.

  • Support with the creation, changes, and deletion of the employees’ accounts in the different Learning Management Systems.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist with the US drug testing scheduling.

  • Support with the Termination process and exit checklist reminders for employees and managers.

Employee Experience:

  • Assist with the onboarding tasks for new joiners.

  • Schedule the Onboarding meetings for new joiners and foster engagement and support participation tracking.

  • Create in the different calendars the DEI activities.

Qualifications and competencies that will help you thrive

Education:

  • Studying Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.

Language Requirements:

  • Intermediate/Advance English language proficiency is a core part of this role.

  • Basic/Intermediate French language proficiency is a welcoming asset.

  • Basic/Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency is a welcoming asset.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills.

  • Oral and written communication skills both in Spanish & English.

  • Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization.
