We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Jr Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Supervisor , they will be responsible for executing core HR support tasks and maintaining data integrity across systems while balancing autonomy with general direction.
Coordinate and support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and Service now.
Provide support and training to end-users to initiate and complete Workday processes, train new managers on Workday processes.
Maintain and nurture data quality through validation reporting
Initiate corrections or send to the relevant stakeholder to ensure a high level of data quality
Run and distribute standard reports
Provide initial point-of-contact support via MyHr Request, with a high degree of professionalism
Collaborate across teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of hiring process, onboarding, transfers, terminations,, and credentialing process.
Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified
Process Optimization & CIs: Collaborate with Continuous improvement projects to make processes under scope more efficient.
