The Benefits Ssr Analyst reports to the Benefits Team Lead and is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, providing support to employees, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions. This role involves being responsible for enrollments, changes, and terminations, resolving employee inquiries, and maintaining benefits data.

Job Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs for Colombia and Mexico, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other benefits.
Support with benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Respond to employee's concerns and assist with troubleshooting/researching to resolve various benefits or claim issues as they arise.
Resolve benefits-related issues and escalate complex cases to the Benefits Team Lead or Manager as needed.
Maintain accurate employee benefits records in Workday and other systems.
Process benefits-related transactions, such as qualifying events, beneficiary updates, and leave requests.
Propose and implement improvements/automations to the area's current processes.
Ensure the HRBPs comprehension on content and process through guidance
Provide the best option among consulting services.
Assist with the preparation of benefits communications materials, such as open enrollment information.
Responsible for benefits reporting and audits.
Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and company policies.
Process benefits invoices and reconciles discrepancies.
Participate in benefits projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide support for benefits open enrollment activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree completed or advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
+2 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
Experience with HRIS systems as Workday, Excel, benefits administration platforms and Vendors Platforms/Systems.
Experience working in intercultural environments and/or regional positions (desirable)
Language Requirements
English mandatory: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1].
