HR Services Administrator (with German) is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering, maintaining, processing , auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes.
In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month. (On-site days are predetermined and standard across the company)
What You'll Do
Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
Provide quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues
What You'll Bring
Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least B2)
Has experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
Advocates for the change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
Has excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
Works independently and as a team member
