Job Description

HR Services Administrator (with German) provides front-line support to employees and managers, ensures data accuracy and compliance with policies and labor regulations, and collaborates with payroll and HR partners to enable smooth payroll processing and timely reporting.

More about the role :

  • Input and maintain basic employee data in the HRIS Systems to ensure payroll readiness.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees and managers on time tracking and attendance; provide first- and second-level support as needed
  • Monitor data quality, run standard and ad-hoc reports on attendance, overtime, and leave balances; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with payroll or HR partners
  • Process changes in working hours, overtime, and leave in coordination with managers and employees..
  • Prepare data extracts and supporting documentation for payroll runs; validate hours, overtime, leave, benefits, and allowances affecting payroll.
  • Assist with administrative payroll tasks, including processing documents for payroll, registrations, and benefits coordination where applicable.
  • Responding to inquires and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
  • Deliver service-oriented, reliable, and timely support to employees and managers; maintain high-quality results under pressure.

More about you :

  • Completed commercial training
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, ideally in a similar role
  • Initial experience in administrative payroll processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
  • Flexible, resilient, and proactive mindset
  • Strong team player with a customer- and service-oriented approach
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong affinity for IT
