Job Description

The HR Services Administrator (with German) provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes

More about the role :

  • First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries
  • Answering internal inquiries
  • Responding to inquires and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
  • Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue
  • Inputing basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested
  • Generate basic reports and performance measurements
  • Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifies their accuracy
  • Support in various coordinative tasks for HR
  • Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations
