HR Service Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Become part of our new HR Shared Service Center, as we grow and expand!

As an HR Service Specialist, you will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in Germany by handling standardized administrative and coordination tasks throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process. You will ensure that job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding preparation, and organizational employer branding activities are carried out reliably, efficiently, and in a structured, service-oriented manner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and publication of target group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including multiposting activities.
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling appointments with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.
• Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including invitations, rejections, communication, and maintenance of candidate data.
• Assist with standardized reporting, research activities, and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Support onboarding activities from a recruiting perspective, particularly through coordination, documentation, and follow-up of open actions and outstanding items.
• Prepare presentation materials for general HR-related topics.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in an HR environment, ideally within Recruiting or HR Services.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum B2 level), along with good English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for structured administrative work.
• Careful, reliable, and self-driven working style.
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and contacts.
