What would you do? • To be aligned to SLAs and focused on long-term operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Driving continuous improvement and delivering consistent client value. • Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. • This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage HR transactions ensuring SLA quality and accuracy • Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution • Adhere to SOPs and audit control requirements • Work closely with peers leads and stakeholders • Escalate risks issues proactively and ensure closure • Continuous Improvement • • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements • • Contribute to efficiency and automation initiatives
