About the role

As part of our international HR Service Delivery team, the HR Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in resolving complex HR operational issues and ensuring efficient, high-quality service across the EMEA region. You’ll collaborate with global HR colleagues and external partners to support the full employee lifecycle and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of Tier 1 & Service Delivery cases across multiple EMEA countries.

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc.) in alignment with local legal requirements and global HR policies.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations, audits, and business decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and Tier 2 teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.

  • Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles to support consistent service delivery.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service execution.

  • Support compliance with internal controls, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.

Qualification:

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Technical Proficiency

    • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).

    • Familiarity with Case Management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Language Skills

    • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

    • Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level).

  • Core Competencies

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
