Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being.
The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? •Commitment to quality

•Written and verbal communication
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations (HRO) with prior knowledge of HR processing
• Hands on experience of managing work through workflow tool like Oracle
• Should be proficient with MS Office Tools like Excel, Word, Outlook and Webmail
• Must have excellent command over verbal and written English
• Expertise in ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with legal and client-specific data protection standards
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality by strictly adhering to client data protection policies and legal standards, ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to handle multiple data-related responsibilities.
• Continuously seeking ways to enhance data management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adjusting to new tools, technologies, and processes in a dynamic work environment.
• Showcase technical proficiency by staying updated with the latest data management technologies and applying them to improve data workflows
