. Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings , screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Handle grievances, maintain positive work environment, and resolve
conflicts.
Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
Training & Development: Organize training programs and maintain skill development plans.
Payroll & Benefits: Provide support to Accounting team for payroll processing and benefits
administration.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
