You'll be working in the HR Team that is a part of Service Delivery stream located in Milan. Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via email or through our ticketing system. You’ll play an important role in working closely with the business to foster UBS's collaborative, respectful and performance-oriented culture.
• ideally previous work experience in HR (2-4 years) or operations or any multinational customer-oriented company
• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. You are confident with data management (excel macros, models)
• self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
• high degree of client orientation and true service-oriented mindset
• eager to broaden your knowledge and become an expert in your field
• good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• very good written and spoken English will be an asset
